I HAVE A GROUPON.

1) Create an account with us by clicking on a class via our schedule (no payments necessary).

2) Email your voucher number to info@soflystudio.com. Please allow us 48 hours to respond with confirmation.

CAN I JUST SHOW UP FOR CLASS?

Yes, if you are brand new or have a class package or membership. Be sure to check the schedule 1 hour prior to class to ensure the class is still running. Note - instructors customize their classes according to size and roster. As a courtesy, please sign-up for classes ahead of time. And don't forget to review our Policies prior to your first class.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?

We offer 1 month of unlimited classes to new clients for only $79. After your month you can decide which membership or class package works for you. Don't forget to take advantage of 1 class for $1 promotion!

HOW DO I DECIDE BETWEEN MEMBERSHIPS AND CLASS PACKAGES?

If you have a varied schedule or are a member of another gym, class packages are the right fit for you. They do not expire. If you find yourself at the studio 2+ times/week, monthly memberships are where it's at. If you are here 2+ times/week, and enjoy free workshops and additional perks, you're GOLDen.

I WANT TO SIGN UP FOR A CONTRACT BUT CAN'T FIND IT ON THE APP.

Currently, Mindbody does not offer contracts through the mobile app. You can purchase from your desktop computer HERE. Please note that your first month includes a $10 fee. 

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS.

Bring yourself, workout clothes, and a water bottle. If you're taking Turbo, 20:20:20, or Cycling, bring CLEAN studio shoes. We have complimentary water and bottled water for sale ($2 CASH). We don't have a changing room, but you're welcome to use the restroom or equipment room to change. Our restroom is stocked with deodorant, dry shampoo, and feminine products.

I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?

Yes. If you are a (3), (6), or Gold Member, you receive guest passes. To redeem, email info@soflystudio.com for the class name and date. Guest will need to sign a waiver prior to participation.

DOES SO FLY STUDIO CANCEL CLASSES?

So Fly Studio adheres to the Wilson County school schedule. If schools are closed due to weather, we will close the studio. If a class has '0' sign-ups 2 hours prior to class, we will cancel as a courtesy to instructors. ALWAYS CHECK THE MINDOBDY SCHEDULE before leaving for class.

WHY DID I SIGN-UP FOR BARRE AND NOW THE CLASS IS CHANGED TO 20:20:20?

In the event of a sub, So Fly Studio will sub a class either identical or similar to the originally scheduled class. Our goal is to have all instructors certified in as many classes as possible to avoid disruptions.

WHY CAN'T I SIGN-UP FOR PILATES AND MOMMY & ME?

 

NATIVE PILATES is a separate entity conducting classes within So Fly Studio. Contact Amanda for more information!
